Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between team members, clients, and partners.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Monitor and respond to emails and other communications promptly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software is a plus.
