Marketing Coordinator – Shape a National Healthcare Brand

This is a remote position. Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and elevating SAMGI’s brand presence across all digital and physical channels. This role manages brand standards, maintains the corporate website and web assets, and develops high-quality mixed-media marketing materials. The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in promoting SAMGI’s “Culture of Yes” through internal and external messaging, ensuring consistency, clarity, and professionalism across the organization. This role requires strong creative skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and familiarity with modern design tools.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management & Standards

  • Develop, maintain, and enforce SAMGI’s brand standards across all departments and programs.
  • Ensure visual consistency in colors, logos, fonts, templates, and other brand elements throughout all marketing assets.
  • Support internal teams in correctly applying brand guidelines for presentations, documents, promotional materials, and communications.
  • Maintain a centralized library of brand assets, templates, and design resources.

Web Presence Management

  • Manage and regularly update SAMGI’s website and related microsites or landing pages.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to keep content current—including provider bios, program listings, news, blogs, graphics, and announcements.
  • Monitor website analytics, SEO performance, and user engagement; provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure site content reinforces SAMGI’s brand, messaging, and “Culture of Yes.”

Internal & External Communications

  • Develop and coordinate messaging that promotes SAMGI’s “Culture of Yes” across internal newsletters, social media, email campaigns, and corporate communications.
  • Assist with crafting announcements, press releases, recognition posts, and program-related updates.
  • Maintain a consistent voice and tone that reflects SAMGI values, professionalism, and service-first philosophy.
  • Partner with leadership to support communication needs for recruitment, business development, program launches, and conferences.

Mixed Media & Marketing Collateral Production

  • Design and produce high-quality marketing assets including:
  • Program-specific brochures and trifolds
  • Provider appointment cards
  • Clinical/brand lab coats
  • Prescription pads
  • Flyers, one-sheets, banners, and print advertisements
  • Digital graphics for web, social media, presentations, and email campaigns
  • Coordinate printing, proofing, and delivery with vendors to ensure quality and timely production.
  • Manage in-house inventories and reorders for printed materials and branded merchandise.

Creative & Technical Expertise

  • Use tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and related applications) to create multimedia content.
  • Develop short videos, animations, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Maintain visual assets in organized project repositories and ensure proper version control.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Interface with Clinical Operations, HR, Business Development, Recruitment, and Executive Leadership to support organizational marketing needs.
  • Participate in planning for conferences, recruiting events, board meetings, and program launches.
  • Assist in collecting testimonials, success stories, photography, and visual content from sites and team members.

Social Media Management

  • Manage SAMGI’s presence across all major social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, tone, and posting cadence.
  • Develop, schedule, and publish regular social media content that supports recruitment, brand awareness, internal culture, and program promotion.
  • Monitor engagement, performance metrics, and trends; recommend adjustments to strategy based on analytics and organizational goals.

Elective Marketing Campaigns

  • Lead the development and execution of elective marketing campaigns across SAMGI’s national footprint, including campaigns focused on elective surgical services, program growth, recruitment, brand awareness, and hospital partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Business Development, Clinical Leadership, and Recruitment to design campaign strategies, timelines, creative assets, and messaging.
  • Coordinate campaign rollout across digital, print, and social channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards and program objectives.
  • Track campaign performance and provide post-campaign summaries and recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, design, brand management, or related roles; healthcare or professional services experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro required).
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a keen sense of brand voice and audience.
  • Experience producing print and digital media assets.
  • Basic understanding of web content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Wix) and SEO fundamentals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Working Conditions

  • May require occasional travel for photoshoots, conferences, program launches, or onsite content capture.
  • Flexible work environment; remote or hybrid arrangement may be available based on company needs.
