As a Senior Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. Supervise and train junior warehouse assistants to ensure efficient and accurate work. Maintain a safe and organized working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders. Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, and labeling. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely replenishment. Utilize warehouse management systems to track and manage inventory and orders. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory. Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in inventory or shipments. Assist with developing and implementing warehouse policies and procedures. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient and effective solutions. Maintain and update records and documentation related to warehouse operations. Lead by example and promote a positive and collaborative work environment. Perform any other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth functioning of the warehouse.
