Fashion Brand Sales Representative
Michelle Garcia is a high-end contemporary fashion brand made in Italy and crafted with the finest silk, leather, and sustainable fabrics, the brand embodies timeless sophistication with a modern edge. Our collections are carried by women who know their worth and embrace fashion as a form of empowerment. We are seeking a motivated and well-connected Fashion Sales Representative to expand our presence with boutiques, stylists, and showrooms across the U.S. and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with fashion buyers, boutique owners, and stylists.
- Represent the Michelle Garcia collection to prospective retail partners and at fashion events.
- Drive wholesale sales through outreach, showroom appointments, and personal networks.
- Provide feedback from clients to help shape future collections and strategy.
- Maintain brand integrity and communicate our values in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in fashion (preferably contemporary or luxury womenswear).
- Strong network of buyers, boutiques, and/or stylists.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and able to work independently.
- Passion for high-end fashion and craftsmanship.
Compensation
- Commission-only role - 20% commission rate.
