At CVS Health, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Benefit Verification Specialist. We are a fast-paced, innovative company that expects employees to deliver exceptional customer service, and the Benefit Verification Specialist plays a key role in providing that service. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying customer benefits and eligibility for various services. To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a deep understanding of the benefits landscape. If you have a passion for customer service and helping others, this role may be for you. Accurately verify customer benefits and eligibility for services according to company standards and procedures. Respond to customer inquiries and provide customer service support in a timely and effective manner. Research and analyze benefit plans to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of benefit plans and eligibility criteria. Enter and update customer information into the company system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer benefit-related issues. Monitor and track customer accounts and benefit plans. Document customer interactions and transactions. Provide regular updates and reports on customer benefit activity.
