Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Virtual Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for processing trade deal purchases, reconciling transactions, and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents. This is a remote opportunity that offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles and determining/addressing breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and the fund companies or transfer agents
  • Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity
  • Executing analysis of complex/escalated issues, testing/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications
  • Completing projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly influence the Client/Advisor profile
  • Engaging with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce
  • Interacting with and embodying TD Ameritrade Cleaning in our daily connections with fund businesses, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external company partners

Duties and Responsibilities

* Review and analysis of subscription deals or transfer requests

  • Client/Advisor account exceptions
  • Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
  • Reconciliation of Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks
  • Reconciliation across BOS and Fund Companies
  • Review and analysis of correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding
  • Trouble addressing
  • Internal/External system improvements or concerns
  • Root cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc.
  • Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management
  • Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
  • Client or Company Companion Service
  • Answering business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility
  • Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues
  • Prompt and correct finalization of client investing and dividend demands

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field

  • Experience with TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents
  • Knowledge of regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
  • Experience with tax coding and corrections
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems
  • Experience with system improvements or concerns
