Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist needs pipeline and reporting development. 5 years experience Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist requires:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create reports and summarize insights for leadership
  • Strong ability to tell a clear and compelling story with data, translating complex findings into insights that leaders and partners can easily understand and use to make decisions
  • Proficiency with Excel including PivotTables, Power Query, vlookup, xlookup, Index and Match data, formulas, data visualization including bar, line, pie, and combo charts, conditional formatting
  • Experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, HR, or a related field

Power BI, or similar analytics tools Excellent communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail

  • Experience with reporting in an ATS such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Greenhouse
