Senior Producer

Remote-first Full-time Now hiring

About The Dispatch The Dispatch stands out as a platform for thoughtful coverage, respectful dialogue, and a wildly engaged community of paying members. We bring a perspective—we’re right-of-center—but we’re fiercely independent, standing apart from media outlets increasingly engaged in partisan boosterism. Started in 2019 by Steve Hayes and Jonah Goldberg, The Dispatch has filled a valuable gap in the media ecosystem as covered in the New York Times, Vanity Fair, The Atlantic, and other publications. The Role The Dispatch is seeking a Senior Producer to support day-to-day execution across its podcast and multimedia portfolio. This person will work across the core podcast suite—including Advisory Opinions, The Dispatch Podcast, and The Remnant—as well as video-supported projects, live programming, field production, and new format development, with a focus on strengthening quality control, improving workflows, supporting producers, and ensuring every show publishes on time and at a high standard. \n
