Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Downloading, installing, and testing games, including those consumed on Amazon's Luna Stage, to ensure that they meet arenaflex's high-quality standards
  • Working with our program management teams to resolve content issues as needed
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate assessment notes on issue tracking
  • Identifying and supporting process improvement ideas and system upgrades that could increase the efficiency or quality of our content tasks
  • Assisting in meeting our daily list objectives while safeguarding our excellent customer experience

We're Looking for Someone Who:

* Has experience in content assessment, games testing, or a similar field in the technology or digital media industry

  • Is enthusiastic about innovation, gaming, and technology
  • Has a strong passion for gaming and a keen eye for detail
  • Is comfortable working with a wide range of technical tools and processes, including SharePoint, Excel, and Word
  • Is self-motivated and has a strong work ethic
  • Is able to hit aggressive efficiency objectives with minimal oversight independently
  • Is eager to roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to meet team objectives
  • Is able to identify, communicate, and champion process improvement opportunities that will benefit the entire content tasks team

Preferred Qualifications

* Four-year degree in a related field, such as communications, marketing, software engineering, or a technical field

  • Experience in game testing, test script creation, content assessment, or game applications
  • Enthusiasm for gaming and quality interaction
  • An interest in innovation, digital media, games, popular culture, e-commerce, the web, and the mobile/voice market segment
  • Fastidious attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to successfully collaborate with internal colleagues
