Senior Brand Designer (US)
About The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Designer with a strong motion and video foundation to join our team. You'll lead the creation of dynamic video content and motion design across our brand, while also shaping our visual identity, digital presence, and social content. You'll work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to bring our brand to life across every touchpoint — from social campaigns to live events. The ideal candidate moves fluidly between After Effects and Figma, brings a filmmaker's instinct to brand storytelling, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Key Responsibilities: Motion & Video Create and own motion design and video content across social media, marketing campaigns, and product storytelling — from concept through to final cut. This includes product demos, promotional films, social-first video, and animated brand assets. Brand & Visual Identity: Champion and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels while elevating our visual language as the company grows. Digital & Social Content: Design engaging social media graphics, animations, and short-form videos optimized for platform performance and audience engagement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to translate product features into compelling visual stories and ensure every customer touchpoint reflects the quality of our platform. Collateral, one-pagers, and e-books. Web & Digital Experience: Own ongoing website improvements in Webflow, from landing pages to micro-interactions, maintaining design quality and site performance. Events & Exhibition Design: Design compelling exhibition graphics, booth displays, and event collateral that create impactful physical brand experiences. You may not have all the skills right now, but we'll help you develop them along the way. Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in visual design, brand design, or creative role (agency or in-house) Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, social content, web design, and brand systems Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) Motion design, video editing, and post-production capabilities for social media content Deep understanding of brand identity systems, responsive design principles, and design fundamentals (typography, layout, composition) Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining quality and making confident design decisions Exceptional communication and presentation skills for articulating design rationale to stakeholders Nice to Have: Experience designing and building in Webflow, with basic HTML/CSS knowledge Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, animation principles, and micro-interactions Understanding of design for print and large-format graphics Interest or experience in the legal industry, B2B SaaS, or fast-paced startup environments What we offer Flexible remote work Equity plan Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 USD Private medical care New laptop and a work-from-home stipend for necessary accessories 401k, FSA, HSA Generous PTO / sick leave Opportunity to lead our company as we disrupt the legal world Apply To This Job
