What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our internal policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate and timely support to our patients
  • Utilizing automated systems for data entry and information retrieval to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt, courteous, and empathetic manner, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Investigating and resolving customer problems, escalating difficult situations as necessary to ensure patient satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meeting or exceeding call volume and service level standards, consistently delivering high-quality service and support to our patients

What's Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service
  • General knowledge of office environment and business processes, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and utilize new software and tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and external customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • 2+ years of customer service/telephone experience in a similar call center environment and/or industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support
  • Previous experience in a medical office or other medical setting, with a deep understanding of healthcare services and patient needs
