Job Overview

arenaflex's Customer Service Teams are the face of our company, interacting with customers, sales, and service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales and post-sales service functions. As a Customer Service Associate IV, you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. You'll work closely with internal teams to develop strong business relationships and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage backlog orders and open orders, communicating late deliveries to customers and internal teams as required.
  • Investigate credit and debit requests and queries, issuing credit or debit as necessary.
  • Answer technical queries from customers using online technical references and offer alternatives using available resources.
  • Drive corrective actions and improvement projects to raise customer satisfaction levels.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 4 or more years of related work experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $46,800 to $70,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location). Our total compensation package includes:

  • Base Salary
  • Incentives
  • Benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and voluntary benefits
