Practice/Department: ILCS Position Title: Administrative Coordinator, Presales Position Location: Remote Reports to: Director, Pre-sales, ILCS Job Summary: The Administrative Presales Coordinator supports the administrative operations of Integration & Lifecycle Services (ILCS) and Digital Workplace Presales. This role requires an adaptive, detail-oriented professional who can manage day-to-day coordination, documentation, scheduling, and reporting activities that keep presales and operational workflows moving. The Administrative Coordinator partners with presales leadership, solution architects, and operations teams to organize information, track requests and and maintain accurate records to support a consistent, efficient customer and internal stakeholder experience. Essential Functions: Provides support and presents a positive and professional image for the organization. Research designated opportunities and present findings back to stakeholders. Revise content to ensure uniformity in appearance and style. Uses discretion when working with sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality and security to ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations. Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets. Research, compiles and summarizes requested information for reports and presentations. Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities. Performs such tasks that are required in a timely and professional manner. Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Data management and entry skills, including the ability to maintain and improve filing systems. Excellent organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Experience with event planning and coordination. Supply management and inventory control. Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Spreadsheet comprehension. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Past administrative support experience in an office setting, a plus Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
