Through our mobile app, patients can connect with licensed physicians 24/7 for virtual consultations, diagnosis, and treatment. In addition to virtual visits, DrHouse offers on-demand prescription delivery, providing patients with fast, convenient access to medications delivered directly to their doorstep—often within the hour. Our mission is to make high-quality healthcare more accessible, immediate, and patient-focused. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a driven and fluent English-speaking Sales Appointment Setter (Cold Caller) to help us book qualified meetings for our internal sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to prospective clients Clearly present DrHouse’s services, including virtual care and prescription delivery Schedule qualified meetings directly with interested leads Handle objections professionally and guide conversations with confidence Follow a structured script while adapting to individual leads Record call outcomes accurately in the CRM Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets

Qualifications

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Previous experience in sales, cold calling, or telemarketing Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven Strong time management and self-discipline in a remote setting Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment
