Research Associate

The role involves conducting research, coordinating data collection, and contributing to reports on the future of work and employer practices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary research activities, including data analysis with R and literature reviews
- Contribute to report writing and publicly-facing publications on research findings
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones across the three supported research projects
- Coordinate faculty contributors and third-party consultants engaged in the research
- Define and support execution of a research dissemination strategy
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of related research experience in higher education, non-profit, or business settings
- Track record of delivering insightful answers to challenging questions and problems
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, writing, and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize projects to meet deadlines
- Prior work or study in an applied social sciences field (e.g., business, economics, education, public policy) preferred
