Outside Sales Rep- Western NY Territory - $5k Sign-On Bonus!

Window Nation is a rapidly growing company looking for driven and competitive sales professionals to join their team. The role involves meeting homeowners across Western New York, delivering product presentations, and closing sales in a one-call close environment.

Responsibilities

  • Run 2–3 pre-set, in-home sales appointments per day (no cold calling)
  • Travel throughout your assigned territory to meet homeowners
  • Deliver professional product presentations and close deals in a one-call close environment
  • Provide estimates, financing options, and guide customers through next steps
  • Manage follow-up and maintain your sales pipeline

Skills

  • 1+ year of customer-facing or sales experience
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving standards
  • Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule
  • Self-motivated and disciplined work style
  • In-home sales (windows, roofing, HVAC, solar)
  • Commission-based or high-performance sales experience
  • Territory or route-based sales
  • Strong communication and closing ability
