Job Summary As a Virtual Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to Delta Airlines passengers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll utilize your problem-solving skills, in-depth knowledge of our services, and friendly demeanor to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer records. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to flight bookings, change requests, cancellations, and other services
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to provide timely and effective solutions to customer concerns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, documenting issues and following up as needed to ensure resolution
  • Collaborate with fellow specialists and various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date on Delta Airlines services and policies
  • Work closely with the virtual team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and objectives Essential Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, communications) preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
