• Monitor and Respond to Live Chat Requests Promptly**: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently.

• Assist with Password Resets, Billing Questions, and Subscription Changes**: Provide step-by-step guidance to customers on password resets, billing inquiries, and subscription changes, ensuring that all interactions are accurate and helpful.
• Use Scripted Responses and Follow SOPs to Ensure Accuracy**: Utilize our company scripts and workflows to ensure consistency and accuracy in all customer interactions.
• Document All Interactions and Escalate Complex Issues**: Document all customer interactions and escalate complex issues to our QA team for further assistance.
