Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry and Database Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer information, transaction records, and interaction histories within arenaflex's proprietary CRM systems and internal databases.
  • Issue Resolution and Escalation: Identify complex customer issues that require additional support and escalate them appropriately to the relevant department, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments at arenaflex to ensure seamless communication, knowledge sharing, and unified customer service delivery.
